Technically the NFL has not made covid vaccines mandatory. But what they have done is make so that those who are not vaccinated feel as though they are outcasted from the rest of the league. How? You might ask, well simply put, players that have been vaccinated have no travel restrictions, players that have been vaccinated do not have to endure daily testing, and not to mention the peer pressure that comes with being a part of the few that refuse to be vaccinated
The NY DAILY NEWS reports that Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott is voicing his concerns, as he hopes to have enough players vaccinated to completely loosen protocols.

Across the country, employers are walking the thin line of suggesting, without demanding their employees be fully vaccinated. It is very fine line indeed. At the moment, employers are using incentives, but this is only the first phase. In the next phase employers will be more aggressive and will probably stop just short of telling employees to take the jab, or we are going to have to let you go. Just as Buffalo Bills GM Brandon Beane said he was ready to release players that are unvaccinated, so will it be in the common workplace
